WHY YOU'LL REACH FOR IT

I've always loved the idea of pairing beautiful jewelry with denim, especially when I want to make a casual outfit feel a little more special. That was my inspiration for this matte Lapis necklace. I wanted something with the relaxed ease of everyday jewelry, but with enough richness and presence to feel just as beautiful in the evening. The deep blue of Lapis seemed like the perfect answer—classic, understated, and quietly luxurious.

• I deliberately chose matte Lapis rather than a polished finish. There's something about its quiet, understated beauty that I find irresistible, especially for a necklace I imagined wearing year after year.
• The Hessonite Garnet was my unexpected addition. I loved its warm amber undertones against the cool blue Lapis. The combination immediately reminded me of deep denim paired with beautifully aged leather.
• The spacers and our signature handwoven beadwork bring the colors together. I especially love the way those smaller details add richness and texture without taking attention away from the Lapis.
• At 17 inches, the necklace sits beautifully at the collarbone. I can picture it worn alone with a crisp white shirt or layered with a longer gold chain for a completely different look.There is a 2 inch extender to adjust it.
